Learn how to create costumes on a budget and weave all kinds of recycled materials into a magical costume that will inspire all who see it.Babs will be teaching a seminar on how to make your own incredible costumes, and headdresses this fall 2006. The seminar is not only for stage performers, but also for anyone who is interested in making an unforgettable outfit.
